Sounds wonderful! We slept through all the excitement. I love your spindle. I finally bought a tahkli and cotton kit... not good yet, but better than I was with my homemade support spindle. Your work is so smooth.

What could be more peace inducing than spinning. I have to say that I was asleep when the new year arrived. I wonder why we wish everyone a peaceful new year and then celebrate the moment with gun powder.
What beautiful yarn you made too. I haven't tried that type of spindle yet.
